Does Simply Whites sell only white shirts?

We specialise in white, but we are much more than a white-shirt brand. Our collection includes premium white shirts, kurta-pajama, Jodhpuri suits, achkans, sherwanis and selected occasion wear. Depending on the product, you may choose readymade, altered or made-to-measure options.


 

How do I choose the correct size and fit?

Start with the size chart provided on the product page and compare it with a well-fitting garment you already own. Since body shape and fit preference can differ, you may also send us your height, weight, chest, waist and usual shirt size on WhatsApp for guidance.

Our team can recommend a suitable size, but the final choice remains yours. For a more personal fit, select our made-to-measure or customization service wherever available.


 

Will the white fabric be transparent, and will its shade look exactly like the photograph?

We carefully select fabrics for comfort, appearance and practical wear. However, opacity can vary according to the fabric, weave, thickness, lighting and undergarment colour. Product-specific fabric details are mentioned on the relevant product page.

White can also appear slightly warmer, cooler or brighter on different screens. Small variations caused by lighting, photography, screen settings, natural texture or fabric batches are normal and are not considered defects.

Can you customize or make an outfit according to my measurements?

Yes. Selected products can be altered, customized or made to measure. You may share your measurements and preferences for fit, collar, cuff, length, fabric or styling, depending on the garment.

Please check every measurement carefully before confirming it. Customized, altered and made-to-measure products are created especially for you and therefore cannot normally be cancelled, exchanged or returned once work has started.

How long will my order take to arrive, and how can I track it?

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Readymade orders within India: 5–7 working days
  • Customized or made-to-measure orders: 10–21 working days
  • International orders: approximately 12–25 working days, subject to customs

Once dispatched, tracking details may be shared by WhatsApp, SMS or email. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of location, customization, high-demand periods, courier operations or circumstances beyond our control.

What payment methods do you accept? Is Cash on Delivery available?

Simply Whites accepts secure prepaid payments through the options displayed at checkout, including UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking and supported wallets.

Cash on Delivery is currently not available. Your order is confirmed after successful payment. Simply Whites will never ask you to share your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or banking password.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

A readymade order may be cancelled or modified only before dispatch, subject to availability and processing status.

For a customized, altered or made-to-measure order, contact us within 24 hours. Cancellation or modification is possible only if fabric cutting, alteration, stitching or production has not started. The sooner you contact us, the more easily we can help.

What if the size is unsuitable or I receive a wrong, damaged or defective product?

For an eligible readymade size or fit issue, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We offer a one-time exchange, subject to availability and inspection. The product must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, stain-free and odour-free, with its original tags and labels intact. Return shipping for a normal size exchange is paid by the customer.

If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product, contact us within 24 hours and share your order number, clear photographs and, wherever possible, an opening video. After verification, we will arrange the most suitable solution, such as correction, replacement, exchange, store credit or an eligible refund.

Open returns and change-of-mind refunds are not offered. Please read our complete Return, Exchange, Store Credit & Refund Policy before ordering.
